Chris grew up in New England.  After twelve moves with the military, Chris and her husband, Lloyd, settled down in Springfield eight years ago. They have three children Craig, Lauren and Colin.  Chris has been with Weichert for the past three years.  When not working Chris enjoys running, reading  and anything that keeps her outside.

Phebe was raised in the New York area and has lived in Virginia with her family for 10 years. She has been with Weichert, Realtors for 8 of those years. She has a B.A. degree from Mount Holyoke College, an M.A. in Museum Administration and also a paralegal degree. Phebe and her husband Holt have 2 grown daughters aged 26 and 21 years and a very large cat. Prior to her career in real estate, Phebe worked as a museum curator and taught preschool for 17 years. Having just bought and sold a home, Phebe is particularly sensitive to the concerns and needs of both buyers and sellers.
